Instructions for postal voting
If you have received ballot papers by post, please proceed as follows:
(1) For the County Council election (green ballot paper), place one X against your preferred candidate.
(2) For the European Parliament election (yellow ballot paper), place one X against your preferred party.
(3) Place both ballot papers (folding the yellow one as necessary) in envelope A.
(4) Seal envelope A by removing the sticky strip. Do not tear off the attached slip called the "postal voting statement".
(5) Enter your date of birth and signature on the "postal voting statement".
(6) Place envelope A, with the "postal voting statement" still attached, into Envelope B, and seal it.
(7) Post envelope B as soon as you can, and certainly by 3 June.
