Children's play area
to reopen on 2 April
The children's play area next to the school in Nottingham Road, Keyworth has recently been reconstructed and provided with new play equipment. It is due to get a ROSPA safety inspection on Tuesday 31 March, and there will be a decision about re-opening. All being well, the area should reopen to the public on Thursday 2 April.
The play area is normally opened and closed by the school caretaker on school days and by a rota of Parish Council volunteers on other days. A notice on the gate gives phone numbers which can be contacted in the event of the play area being found to be locked. These are 0115 937 4644 (Sam Boote) and 0115 937 3068 (Keith Barton).
