School discovery trail helped by
Rushcliffe Borough Council
Under the recently instituted Community Support Scheme in Rushcliffe (*), Debbie and Sam Boote (Borough Councillors for South and North Keyworth respectively) each allocated £200 towards a Discovery Trail at Crossdale Drive Primary School in Keyworth. The trail is part of the Outdoor Classroom project, intended to give pupils a wider appreciation of the real world outside the classroom. The money is intended to help with equipment for use outdoors.
* Each councillor is allocated a total of £500 a year for projects in their ward or community.
