An ethical energy supplier
- suitable for you?

In these days of controversy and dissatisfaction about the big firms which supply gas and electricity to our homes, I would like to draw your attention to a supplier which is a bit different from the rest.

Ebico sets out to be an "ethical" supplier, which is not necessarily the same thing as a "green" supplier. One of its main aims is to charge the same rates to all customers, regardless of their financial circumstances or how they pay for their energy. I'm sure we are all aware of the higher rates charged by some suppliers to less well-off customers who rely on prepayment meters.

Ebico charges 2.55 pence per kilowatt-hour for gas (including VAT) nationwide. It also charges 9.36 pence per kilowatt-hour for electricity (including VAT) in the East Midlands (price varies by region).

(Prices correct as at 22 February 2008)

That is all you need to know. There are no multi-level tariffs, standing charges or discounts. What you see is what you pay, and you can choose your preferred method of payment.

Visit www.ebico.co.uk for more information.

I must stress that I have not been paid or influenced by anyone to make this statement.
