Crime figures October 2007

Please click here for the police report (PDF file) on crime in the Keyworth area during October 2007.

Please take extra care to protect your car, home and property during the busy shopping period before Christmas. This is when thieves are at their most opportunistic and can take advantage of the long periods of darkness.

The Keyworth Beat Manager's patch has been extended to include Kinoulton, Owthorpe, Hickling and Upper Broughton, as the former Beat Manager for these villages has been transferred to Cotgrave to help deal with the volume of crime in that area.

PCSO Phil Evans has left Keyworth and been transferred to Bingham. His place has been taken by Kylie Wimbledon, who has 4 years' experience as a Police Community Support Officer.

Emma Thacker and Kylie Wimbledon are based at Keyworth Police Station in Digital House (behind Somerfield, just off the Square). The direct telephone number is 0115 914 1620. The best time to find an officer at the station is between 8.00 and 9.00 am and between 3.00 and 4.00 pm on weekdays.

Police beat surgeries will continue to be held on the second Thursday of each month (please see the report for details).
