School summer fairs
in Keyworth
Two of Keyworth's primary schools are holding summer fairs in June:
Keyworth Primary and Nursery School (in Nottingham Road): Saturday 16 June from 1.00 pm
Crossdale Drive Primary School: Saturday 30 June from 12.00 noon
I have been asked to give some advance publicity about the fair at Keyworth Primary and Nursery School:
"The event is a great day out for people of all ages but especially suited to children and their families.
There will be various events happening throughout the day held in the arena including tug of war, performances by the children from the school, and martial arts.
There will be many stalls and activities for the children to enjoy, including a bouncy castle, biscuit making, crafts, inflatable slide, name the cat, hook a duck and face painting just to name a few.
For the grown-ups, there is always a great BBQ and bar. Ice creams and soft drinks will also be available for the children.
The field is easily accessible for people with disabilities and toilets are also available.
Admittance is free for children and just £1.00 for all adults. There is no need to book - just turn up on the day at any time."
I have also been a regular visitor to the Crossdale summer fair in previous fairs and can also recommend this to you.
